Russell Cullingworth MBA
“Tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it today.” African proverb
This free micro-learning module was recorded at the end of April 2020 and is intended to provide guidance for business leaders, owners, planners and accountants in thinking and planning for possible short, medium and long-term scenarios with respect to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Russell has an MBA from Simon Fraser University, majoring in Strategy, and business planning experience as Manager, Business Planning and later Controller for the Certified General Accountants' Association of Canada. He is the Founder of ProDio and regularly conducts strategy planning for this organization. In creating this module, he is sharing his own thought processes and planning methodology.
This is not intended to be a comprehensive course but instead to get you thinking of possible timelines and various outcomes and creating plans of action for each outcome.
Regardless of where you live and work, you may be experiencing powerful emotions around social distancing and the economic impact, particularly those who are struggling with the possibility that their business may not survive. We hope that you find this module to be of value as you plan beyond Covid-19.
PLEASE NOTE that this module is accompanied by an Excel planning worksheet, a graph of possible post-covid outcomes and a full course transcript. You can find these on the Handouts Tab.
